Built for the Brain
That Keeps Quitting.

These aren't productivity guides. They're not courses. They're not programs.

They're survival manuals — short, tactical, built specifically for ADHD men who are done trying systems that weren't made for their brain.

Why these exist

Most advice for ADHD men was written by people who don't have ADHD.

It sounds good. It makes sense logically. And then it doesn't work — and you blame yourself for it.

These manuals are different. They're written from the inside — from someone who's lived the loop, counted the failures, and finally figured out what actually works for a brain wired like ours.

No fluff. No productivity theater. Just the tools.

Who Makes These

My name is Eric. I was diagnosed with ADHD at nine years old and spent the next two decades trying to operate like a neurotypical brain.

The apps. The planners. The productivity systems. The "just break it into smaller steps" advice. I tried all of it. And I quit all of it.

At one point I sat down and counted. In an eighteen-month stretch, I had abandoned more than twenty things that mattered to me.

Then I started understanding what was actually happening — not motivationally, but neurologically. The loop. Why it runs. Where to interrupt it.

These manuals are what I built from that understanding. They're short enough to actually read. Specific enough to actually use. And built for the brain that's been told it's broken by every other system it's ever tried.

You're not broken. You've just been using the wrong tools.
